Privacy Policy
Resurgam collects only the information that visitors voluntarily provide, and only for the purpose for which it was submitted.
We collect information in three ways:
1. Online Donations (via Stripe)
When you make a donation through our website:
- The donation form on ResurgamNFP.org only asks for donation amount and frequency.
- When you proceed to payment, you are sent to Stripe, our secure payment processor.
- Stripe collects your name, email address, billing information, and payment details on their encrypted servers, not ours.
- Resurgam does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information.
We receive from Stripe only the information needed for donation records and donor acknowledgments (e.g. name, email, amount, and date).
Resurgam uses Stripe to process all online donations. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment security. When you donate, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe through encrypted connections. Resurgam does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your credit card or banking information.
Stripe may collect identifying information necessary to process your transaction (such as your name, email address, billing address, and payment details). Resurgam receives only the information needed for acknowledgment and record-keeping.

2. Email Subscriptions
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely to:
- Send newsletters
- Send occasional Resurgam updates
- Manage your subscription preferences
We do not rent, sell, or share subscriber information. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Contact Forms and Email Inquiries
When you submit a question or comment through the website form or by email, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
This information is used only to reply to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers or banking information (Stripe handles this).
- We do not collect sensitive personal data.
- We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral profiling, targeted advertising, or personalization algorithms.
- We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal data to anyone.
Analytics
We may use basic, anonymous analytics (such as visitor counts or page views) to understand how users interact with the site. These analytics do not identify individual visitors and do not track behavior across other websites.
